Sessions & Prices
Group Classes
The timetable for group classes includes a mixture of STOTT PILATES® Reformer and Matwork with small equipment sessions. Group classes are usually for a maximum of six people and each person will work on their own Reformer or Matwork station. Keeping the numbers down to only six people per session ensures Katrena can give everyone the close attention required to get the most benefit from STOTT PILATES exercise.
Private Sessions
Private sessions can be on a one-to-one or one-to-two basis with Katrena. These sessions can be tailored to your specific goals – whether you are rehabilitating from an illness or injury, want to enhance your sports performance or would just prefer to work privately with an instructor.
Personalised Programmes
The personalised programme option gives you the best of both classes and private sessions. On each 6-week rotation you have a private session with Katrena and she designs you a STOTT PILATES programme that is tailored to your specific goals. You then attend a class with up to 5 other people each following their own personalised programme and Katrena is on hand throughout the class to ensure you are performing the exercises with correct technique to ensure maximise effectiveness. This 6-week programme is a cost effective method of getting a personalised workout and some regular one-to-one time with the instructor.
Timetable
Classes run most weekday mornings and evenings and private sessions are usually fitted in between these times as required. Katrena will always work hard to accommodate your schedule to find time to see you and will also extend the class timetable as demand dictates.
